Shane Baldino is a Chief Marketing Officer with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, having generated over $500MM in incremental revenue. They have held significant leadership roles, including SVP of Digital Marketing at Citi and VP of Marketing at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Shane has also served as a Lieutenant and Naval Aviator in the US Navy, responsible for the development and oversight of officer candidates. Currently, Shane mentors students in the Digital Marketing Certificate Program at Springboard while running their own consultancy, SCB Solutions. Shane holds a BS in Naval Architecture from the United States Naval Academy and a Master’s in Engineering Management from The George Washington University.
