Shaalini Daya is currently the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Citi, a position held since 2021. Previously, Shaalini was a Senior Legal Counsel at Citi and served as a legal secondee in both the Corporate and Investment Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, Shaalini worked as a Finance Associate at Clifford Chance from 2012 to 2018. Shaalini holds a Legal Practice Course at The University of Law and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from London Metropolitan University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from Rhodes University.
