Sam Steer is currently the Managing Director and Head of ICG FRM Liquidity & ALM Strategy at Citi, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Sam served as Director and Head of ICG FRM Liquidity & ALM Strategy at Citi from 2021 to 2023 and was the Head of Asset Liability Management at Revolut from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Sam held various positions at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Investment Bank, including Vice President roles in Treasury Strategy and Transfer Pricing. Sam earned a Graduate Diploma in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London, and an MA (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
