Melissa Dalton is currently the Vice President at Citi, leading global implementations for Commercial Card Treasury and Trade Solutions. Previously, they served as an AVP in Global Transaction Services, managing complex projects for Fortune 500 clients, and have held various roles at J.P. Morgan and MBNA America. In addition to their corporate experience, Melissa received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award from the U.S. Government. They also owned and operated Tot Spot Daycare & Preschool from 2001 to 2006.
