Mel Pinto is a Vice President and Application Manager at Citi, where they manage the Agile Delivery of an enterprise application within Technology and oversee application stability and resilience. They previously served as a Senior Technology Officer at BMO Financial Group, managing a team of over 12 developers and addressing vulnerabilities across hundreds of servers. With extensive experience in the financial services sector, Mel has held various IT leadership positions, including Director of Information Systems at Travelers Canada, where they led a team of over thirty IT professionals in delivering data warehouse solutions. They are currently pursuing a BSc. Honours in Computational Science at the University of Leeds.
