Mateusz Gruchacz, CFA, is currently an SVP in Product Solutions for Wealth Management at Citi, where they design Securities-Based Lending solutions. Previously, they served as a Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, leading market risk and stress testing reporting, and held roles at State Street as a Market Risk Officer and Team Leader. Mateusz began their career with experiences at Dom Maklerski IDM SA and Alior Bank SA, focusing on client service and brokerage operations. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's degree in International Economics from Jagiellonian University.
