Marcela de Pelegrin Lopes is currently the Director and Commercial Subsidiaries Group Brazil Head at Citi, a position held since 2022. Previously, Marcela served in various roles at Citi, including Senior Retail Credit Analyst, Sales Manager, and CRM Business Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating client relationship solutions. Earlier experience includes working as an Intern in Customer Service at Danone, as well as an Estagiário de engenharia at Bosch Rexroth. Marcela also gained international experience while seconded to Citibank UK as a Commercial Lending Management Global Analyst. Marcela earned a degree in Civil Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where they ranked first in their class, and also completed a program at MIT Sloan School of Management focusing on Artificial Intelligence and its business implications.
