Justin Irwin is the Managing Director and Head of Sanctions Regulatory Compliance at Citi. They previously served as Director for Sanctions Implementation at Citi from 2022 to 2024. Before joining Citi, Justin worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2019 to 2022 as a Senior Advisor to the Director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and held various roles in financial crimes and counter-terrorism. Justin's early career includes positions as a Cost Analyst/Project Coordinator at The Shaw Group and an English Teacher from 2008 to 2009. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Security Policy at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in International Politics at Georgetown University.
