Heather Sullivan is a versatile leader with over 20 years of success in full lifecycle program and project management, governance, and operational risk. They have held various roles, including Senior Vice President and Senior Program Management Lead in a government portfolio at Citi. Previously, they served as IT Program Manager and Senior Systems Engineer at NCI Information Systems, Inc., and Project Manager II for Bonneville Power Administration at ieSolutions. Heather has earned a Master’s degree from Western International University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona, along with multiple certifications including PMP and ITIL.
