Guilherme Marcondes is an Investment Banking Vice President at Citi, a position held since 2026. Guilherme previously served as a Senior Associate and Associate at Citi, following an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, where they graduated in 2022. Prior to this, Guilherme worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture from 2016 to 2020 and gained experience through various roles, including an internship in Private Equity at JZ Partners and a M&A internship at TRUST9 in 2013. Guilherme holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, complemented by an exchange program at Maastricht University in 2012.
