Emily Willis is a Senior Vice President of Executive Talent Acquisition in Banking at Citi, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as Vice President in the same department from 2021 to 2025. Emily has extensive experience in the banking sector, having held various roles at Sheffield Haworth, including Vice President of Global Banking from 2005 to 2014.
