Diego Fernandez is the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Personal Banking and Wealth Management at Citi, a role they have held since 2018, overseeing a team of over 70 people and implementing efficient strategies within the Analytical Center in Costa Rica. Previously, Diego served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Citi Private Bank in Mexico from 2014 to 2016, and as Senior Vice President and Lead Finance Officer for Citi Technology Infrastructure from 2016 to 2018. Diego's earlier positions include various managerial and consultant roles at Seguros Banamex, where they focused on financial reporting and analysis. Diego holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ITAM and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
