Daniel A. is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Vice President and Information Security Engineer Lead at Citi since February 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Lead Cybersecurity Engineer at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) from March 2022 to February 2025 and held the position of Cyber Security Engineer at Tenaska Power Services Co. from November 2019 to March 2022. Daniel's career also includes roles as an IT Security Specialist at Northrop Grumman, a Security Analyst at Concentra, and an Information Technology Security Analyst at Crizit. Daniel's foundational experience in information security began in the US Army, where time was spent as an Information Security Specialist and Information Technology Specialist from October 2013 to April 2017. In terms of education, Daniel earned a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from The University of Dallas (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Northwestern State University (2014-2018).
