Dan Lunder is a strategic employee relations leader with over 20 years of HR experience in the financial services sector. They began their career as an Assistant Manager at Puls, Inc. DBA Subway and then transitioned to various roles at Citi, including Staffing Specialist and Vice President, Employee Relations Manager, before becoming the Senior Vice President, Global HR Ethics Office Liaison in 2022. Dan holds a BA in Business Administration from Augustana University and an MBA from the University of Sioux Falls.
