Carolina Rojas is an experienced analyst with a strong background in the financial services industry. They have held several roles at Citi, including FP&A Supervisor and VP | FP&A Sr. Manager, where they showcased their skills in budgeting, negotiation, and business process improvement. Earlier in their career, Carolina worked at HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a financial analyst and team lead. They are currently pursuing a Maestría in Administración de Negocios with an emphasis in Finanzas at Universidad de Costa Rica and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Universidad Nacional.
