Andrzej Krzesinski has extensive experience in equity and deferred compensation management, currently serving as an Equity & Deferred Compensation Senior Analyst at Citi since July 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing global deferred awards programs across 50 countries in the EMEA region, managing risk control processes, and participating in HR reporting and projects. Previously, Andrzej held the position of Equity & Deferred Compensation Supervisor at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. from November 2008 to June 2014, where coordination and administration of Citigroup’s equity programs were key responsibilities. Earlier roles included positions as a Command Centre Operator and Citiphone Officer, providing services related to credit cards and bank accounts for consumer clients. Andrzej holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Warsaw, obtained between 1993 and 2000.
