Alex Jean-Baptiste, Esq. is currently the Global Head of Traditional & Alternative Investments Compliance at Citigroup Alternative Investment LLC and Citi Private Alternatives LLC, and serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. RIA. Previously, Alex held several senior compliance roles at Citi from 2015 to 2017, including the Director and Global Head of Citi Investment Management and Trust Compliance. Alex gained experience as a Vice President - Compliance Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2020 to 2021 and started their career as a Member Regulation Intern/Extern Associate at FINRA. Alex earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, and International Relations from Florida International University.
