Lanie Zeta is a seasoned Human Resource professional with nearly 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of HR Business Partners for the Asia Pacific Region at CITCO International Support Services Limited-ROHQ. Previously, Lanie held roles at TeleTech as Director of Human Capital Delivery and at The Coca-Cola Company as Asia Pacific Regional HR Business Partner. Lanie possesses a strong background in strategic talent management, employee engagement, and organizational planning, with extensive global HR operational experience across various labor environments in Japan, China, ASEAN, and the South Pacific. Lanie earned a BA in Social Science majoring in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Visayas, Tacloban College.
