Irina Rudēvica is a Strategic Project Manager in the Project Management Office at Citadele banka, where they lead various projects and initiatives. Previously, Irina served as a Process Manager for the Customer Experience Management System and as the Head of the Contact Center at Swedbank, where they developed strategies and managed customer service processes. Irina holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, completed in 1999.
