Peter Will is a Sector Data Scientist at Citadel, focusing on alternative data for healthcare equity investing since June 2022. Previously, as Head of Data at Cadre, Peter led the integration of advanced analytics into commercial real estate investments totaling over $3.5 billion. Peter also served as a Staff Data Scientist at Cadre, developing a systematic acquisition strategy aligned with the acquisitions team. Earlier experience includes roles as a Quantitative Researcher and Data Scientist at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where strategies for bond trading and debt issuance predictions were crafted. Peter's career began at Novetta, where contributions included developing risk models for government clients. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics, a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from New York University.
