Vijay Triplicane is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering for Webex Media and Edge Engineering at Cisco. With a career spanning over three decades, Vijay began their journey as an R&D Engineer at Indchem Electronics and later contributed significantly to various companies, including Acuson Inc and Harmonic Inc, where they developed advanced technologies in medical ultrasound and video encoding. At Cisco, Vijay has played pivotal roles, including building the Cisco Telepresence infrastructure and leading the Meetings Engineering team, growing it from 18 to over 100 members. Vijay holds multiple degrees in Computer Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering from prestigious universities, including the University of Southern California and West Virginia University.
