Tien Phan is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in malware analysis, threat intelligence, and research across various institutions and companies. Tien began as a Research Intern at JAIST and Dalhousie University, focusing on cryptanalysis and botnet detection. Tien later held roles such as Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and advanced positions including TITAN Malware Researcher at GoSecure and Security Research Engineer Technical Leader at Cisco. Tien has contributed significantly to malware analysis, APT tracking, and developing detection signatures throughout various roles, including senior positions at SecurityScorecard and Cysiv. Tien holds a degree with Full Research Scholarship from Dalhousie University, achieving a GPA of A+.
