Scott Keegan is the Principal Corporate Counsel at Cisco, where they currently manage legal affairs. Previously, they served as Corporate Counsel at VMware, overseeing complex agreements and privacy issues. Prior to that role, Scott was a Senior Contracts Specialist at Iron Mountain, leading a team that improved efficiency in legal processes and played a crucial role in a major acquisition. They also have experience as a part-time paralegal and research assistant with their own law firm and were a student-prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. Scott holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University.
