Saravanan Paulchamy is a Senior Technical Lead at Cisco, where they lead policy-based routing and BGP-FS in the XR8000, as well as the design for MVPN Multicast VxLAN EVPN solutions in the N9000. Prior to their current role, Saravanan held various technical manager positions at companies such as Calsoft and nGIN Technologies, where they focused on advanced networking protocols and WiMAX products. Saravanan began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, working on networking processors and L2 DSLAM technologies. They earned a BE in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University and a diploma with distinction from Seven Hills Engineering College.
