Matt S. Mohr is a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Product Operations at Cisco Systems, where they have been responsible for managing mechanical development and manufacturing projects since 2011. They successfully led the Catalyst 9200 family of switches, achieving significant cost savings and ensuring supply chain resiliency during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to their current role, Matt served in various capacities, including Business Operations Program Manager, where they developed Cisco's Product Development Methodology (CPDM) and supported agile project management practices. Matt is currently pursuing an Associate¡¯s Degree in Project Management at The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at San Jose State University.
