Kristin James is currently the Talent Movement Experience & Enablement Lead at Cisco, where they leverage over 12 years of recruiting experience to match top talent with roles in Security and AI sales. Previously, Kristin held positions including Sr. Talent Advisor in Security Sales and Corporate Functions Recruiter at Cisco, as well as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sourcefire. They are pursuing their education at Towson University and have a passion for integrating AI into the recruitment process. Outside of work, Kristin is a devoted parent to three daughters, whose influence inspires their professional dedication to fostering genuine connections.
