Kerry Rocha is a Global Customer Success Leader with over 15 years of experience in enterprise software. They previously held leadership roles at Cisco, including Director of Customer Success, where they implemented strategies that significantly increased revenue and customer retention. Kerry has also worked at ServiceSource, contributing to the growth of customer-centric programs and solutions. They earned an Executive Certification in Leading and Managing Globally from Yale School of Management and hold both a BBA and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.
