Jenna Leahy, MBA, is the Global Director and Head of People for Cisco's Networking and Collaboration Businesses, overseeing a team dedicated to supporting over 12,000 employees. With a robust background in leadership coaching, Jenna is a three-time certified executive coach who has contributed over 500 hours of coaching to more than 50 leaders. Previously, Jenna co-founded CASA Academy, which served over 1,500 students, and was recognized in Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in 2017. Jenna is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
