Helen Luo is the Vice President of Hardware Quality at Cisco, where they have held several key roles since beginning their career at the company in 2008. Helen served as Diagnostics Engineering Manager from 2008 to 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Director of Engineering in 2016. They also held positions as a Software Engineer and VP of Quality, Supply Chain. Helen earned a Master of Science degree from Stanford University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.
