Gal Har Gaash is the Head of Operations for CX Israel at Cisco, where they currently oversee operations. Previously, Gal served as an Operations Manager and Customer Support Manager at Sogomatic from 2021 to 2022, and earlier as a Customer Service Support Specialist at Adika from 2017 to 2021.
