Debbie Bidwell is a versatile technology leader currently serving as the Director of the US Federal Collaboration PMO at Cisco, where they oversee FedRAMP and DOD authorization for a range of collaboration offerings. With extensive experience in managing technology, security compliance, and software development programs, they have successfully led large cross-functional teams and initiatives. Prior to Cisco, Bidwell held senior positions at companies such as BTI Solutions and Nortel Networks, where they were instrumental in product development and integration efforts. They are pursuing an MBA at the University of Dallas and hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences Engineering from the University of Florida.
