David Pettit is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and CX Operations. They began their career as a Business Analyst at Electronic Data Systems from 1993 to 1997 and later transitioned to Alcatel USA as an IT Analyst from 1997 to 1999. David continued to develop their skills at Nortel Networks between 2001 and 2006, where they held the roles of VO Manager and Senior Project Manager.
