Alex Auriti is the Principal Corporate Counsel at Cisco, where they represent clients in various corporate transactional matters, including sales, acquisitions, and lending transactions. Previously, Alex held roles such as a Corporate Associate at K&L Gates and a Summer Associate at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP. They began their career as an HR Analyst at Hawaiian Airlines and later worked as a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals. Alex holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, where they graduated cum laude.
