Tom Lapp is the Technical Manager of Rigging for Cirque Du Soleil's Resident Show Division, a position they have held since 2011. Previously, they served as the Head of Rigging at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Production/Stage Manager for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line A/S from 1993 to 1998.
