Timothy Maloche is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Cirkul. With over 26 years in both legal and business roles, Timothy has held various senior positions, including Senior Counsel at NiSource, where they managed multimillion-dollar litigation, corporate governance, and complex financial transactions. Timothy’s previous experience includes serving as Vice President, Associate General Counsel SEC at Apria, and as Senior Attorney at DTE Energy, where they contributed to critical capital market transactions during the 2008 financial crisis. Timothy holds a JD from Wayne State University Law School, an MBA from The University of Toledo, and a BBA in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
