Sean Mahaffey currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Cintas, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes five years as a Partner at Robbins Kelly Patterson & Tucker LPA, where responsibilities encompassed both partnership and associate attorney roles. Legal experience also includes work as an Attorney at Doucet and Associates and a Law Clerk at Godbey & Associates. Academic contributions as Articles Editor and Associate Member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review were complemented by a Judicial Externship at the Chambers of Honorable Judge Karen Litkovitz and a fellowship at the Ohio Innocence Project, focusing on wrongful incarceration claims. Sean Mahaffey holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Ohio University.
