Elena Mokhtari is a highly skilled project coordinator with extensive experience in the construction and architectural industries. Currently at CIMA+ since October 2018, Elena leads projects such as the R¨¦seau express m¨¦tropolitain (REM). Prior roles include design coordinator for the Centre Hospitalier de l¡¯Universit¨¦ de Montr¨¦al at Construction Sant¨¦ Montr¨¦al and various positions at Groupe Conseil Andr¨¦ Roy Ing¨¦nieurs, including architectural estimator on notable projects such as the Icon Tower and Hotel St-Amable. Earlier experience includes architectural roles at MZM Consulting Engineers, Batis Consulting Engineering Company, and Ghasemi Urban Design Consultant, contributing to significant projects in Iran and Kazakhstan. Elena holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from Concordia University, a M.Sc.Eng in Architecture from Iran University of Science and Technology, and a B.Sc.Eng in Architecture from Azad University Central Tehran Branch.
