Shelley Silver is a dynamic multidimensional leader with extensive experience in healthcare and organizational management. Currently serving at Cigna in National Contract Management, Strategy and Solutions, Shelley executes vendor sourcing and contract management to ensure access to affordable, high-quality care. Previously, Shelley established governance processes for project intake and resource planning within Cigna’s Service Operations, and also played a key role in financial management at Webster Bank. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bentley University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Hartford, Shelley continues to pursue professional development through the Business Mastery Program at the University of Connecticut.
