Starting with internships at BNP Paribas Fortis and Vodafone Turkey, Gunbike progressed to roles such as HR Specialist at Peppers & Rogers Group, where talent planning and recruitment were key responsibilities. At Schneider Electric, Gunbike coordinated HR activities across the GCC and developed corporate training initiatives. As Co-Founder of Data First LLC, Gunbike managed HR compliance and policies. Recent positions include Head of HR at Axon Technologies, focusing on recruitment and employee retention strategies, and People & Talent Lead at spiderSilk, collaborating closely with C-level executives on HR initiatives. Gunbike holds a degree in Philosophy from Yeditepe University and has continuously demonstrated a commitment to enhancing HR practices and organizational effectiveness throughout the career.
