Gamze Halici - Sahan is a Global Head of HR for Cigna - Global Individual Health, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR Business Partnering, Learning & Talent Development, and Talent Recruitment. They have served as the Regional HR Director for Turkey, Middle East, and Africa at Howden, and held roles at companies such as Schneider Electric and Philips, where they specialized in talent management and diversity initiatives. Gamze earned a BSc in Business Studies and a Cum Laude MSc in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a BSc in Business Administration from Bilkent University.
