Crystal Friend is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Strategist for Cigna since January 2020, Crystal also holds the position of Regional Marketing Head for specific U.S. regions. Previously, Crystal was a Senior Vice President at Edelman and held leadership roles at AT&T, focusing on customer retention strategies. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Marketing at Acorda Therapeutics, overseeing marketing for CNS products, and working at UCB Pharma and Shionogi Pharma, where expertise was applied in product management and marketing for epilepsy and dermatology.
