Joshua Davis is a Senior Manager of User Experience Research in Frontline Technology and Strategy at CIBC, where they leverage extensive experience in conducting and analyzing UX research. Joshua has previously worked as a User Experience Researcher at both the University of Guelph and the University of Waterloo, focusing on usability testing and research methodology. They hold a Master of Arts in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Guelph, complemented by a robust background in research and data analysis across various academic and professional settings. In addition to their research roles, Joshua has also served as a Teaching Assistant and Aquatic Team Lead, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
