With a rich background in the luxury and retail sectors, they have worked in Shanghai, China for seven years, previously holding roles at adidas and ELAND China, where they successfully implemented marketing strategies and loyalty programs. Hao holds an MBA from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Donghua University.
