Doug MacDonald, CFA, currently serves as the Managing Director and Global Head of Distribution at CIBC Asset Management, overseeing the coordination and distribution of client solutions for the firm’s $200 billion business. Previously, Doug held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Head of Institutional Asset Management at CIBC, and President at both KBSH Capital Management and Aviva Investors Canada. With extensive experience in asset management, Doug has developed a strong track record of driving business growth and managing diverse investment strategies across Canadian and global markets. Doug earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business.
