Caitlin Korff possesses extensive experience in organizational design and effectiveness, currently serving as the AVP of Organizational Design and Effectiveness at CIBC since May 2018, where a focus on adaptive organizational structures supports team efficiency and agility. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked at PwC Canada as a Manager in People and Organization Consulting, gaining expertise in project management, change management, and leadership development. At KPMG Australia, as a Senior Consultant, Caitlin contributed to large-scale business transformations, delivering successful outcomes through talent and change management. Earlier career experience includes consulting at 4HR, specializing in recruitment for the engineering and resources sectors. Caitlin holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Commerce (majors in Human Resources, Management, and Entrepreneurship) and Science (majoring in Psychology) from The University of Western Australia.
