Virgil Macon is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Chubb, a position held since 2021. Virgil began their career as a Sales Agent at New York Life Insurance Company in 1999 and has since held various positions that emphasize relationship management and talent acquisition. Virgil holds a B.S. in Operations Management from Drexel University.
