Rita Thorn, RPLU, is the Executive Vice President and Head of North American Operations for Personal Risk Services at Chubb, a position they have held since 2022. They previously served as a Second Vice President at the United States Liability Insurance Group from 2007 to 2014 and held multiple roles at Chubb, including Vice President and Senior Vice President in various operational capacities. Rita earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Albright College in 2000.
