Pritesh Modhvadia is a transformational HR leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Head of Talent for EMEA at Chubb, Pritesh leads Centers of Excellence for various HR functions and has been instrumental in developing strategic talent management priorities. Previously, Pritesh held key roles at Howden, including Group Head of Talent Acquisition & DE&I, and played a significant role in establishing Chubb's operations in China as Recruitment Manager. Pritesh began their career as a Recruitment Consultant with Robert Walters, after earning a degree in English Literature from the University of Bath.
