Mitchell Schmidt is the Executive Vice President and Regional Executive Officer for Chubb’s Northeast Region, based in Boston, MA. In this role, they oversee all operations, including profit and loss, underwriting, claims, and distribution strategies, across various insurance business units. Schmidt joined Chubb as an underwriting trainee in 1996 and has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility throughout their career, including National Underwriting Manager at ACE USA. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
