James Flaskett is the SVP and APAC Head of Claims at Chubb, a position held since 2019 where they oversee Claims Operations across the Asia Pacific Region. Previously, James served as the National Liability Claims Manager and Liability Claims Technical Manager for the Asia Pacific Zone from 2011 to 2014, and as the Regional Claims Manager from 2014 to 2019 at Chubb Insurance Company of Australia.
